rec'd 1st call, no voicemail, called number back, rep said to definitely pick up call next time and follow prompts to get my number off their list. 2nd call 2hrs late asked for Ann Ratilff, not me, got rep verified they had my number but i'm not Ann Ratliff.
Yes It is Same Number.... Telemarketing trying to call people who are still intime for their car loan payment but wen due date eaches clsoe they start calling ,.. I think it is harrasment
Its from SunTrust Bank. They call you if you are more than 5 days late on a payment. They will call everyday until you give them a credit card or check number for payement. If you ignore them, they will call up to 7 times a day. The first of each call is a computer. Once you answer, then a human will call you. It is definitely a harrassment call.
Everyone has a time period to pay a loan from Suntrust. A car payment or mortgage payment is due, for example, the 15th of the month but you have until the 25th with no penalty, then it is late. They harrass you continuously even though you are on time by paying no later than the 25th. This is an on time payment from the 15th to the 25th per the Suntrust banks we have talked to.
