Received the same voice mail as everyone else on here from a very demanding voice...I dont owe money to anyone so not sure how these people have my phone number. Thanks for all the feedback on here..I know now to ignore all future phone calls and messages from Mr. Davis and his scam company.
Thank you everybody for responses. I just received my call. I let it go to voicemail. They did not even use my name said they were from AOS it was a Mr. Davis left message stating either my attorney or myself had called them. I do not have an attorney nor did I call them. Thank you all for posting and saving me time from worry and grief and the information in how to report them. This site rocks!!!!
I got the same call and Mr. Davis was not available had to talk to Mr. Ortiz they claimed I owed $1083.72 all the same lines were given to me as previous posts on here. even gave me a case # of 2015-117176
They have my information also so that does scare me a bit.
Same as above. They however did not try to get money out of me so I'm a little confused. Recited my SSN to me saying they know everything about me and I would be going to court and they are pushing for felony charges for bounced check & breach of contract to pay. I just did a huge credit report to qualify for an apartment so I knew there was no debt. I said "where's court, I'll be there tomorrow." They said (the county I used to live. I told em I'll be there tomorrow just tell me time and place. He said just wait for papers in the mail. I did not give out any info. He already knew it which scared me. I knew it was fraud When he said until the issue is resolved, my drivers license will be temporarily suspended.
That's when I hung up .

Same thing here. He is very busy scamming. No call from me. I just avoid t all cost. He said I received paper work and I have an attorney. Haha. Now that's a lie.
