Caller ID was "Rep_Governor" Area Code is part of Virginia. Called 2 nights in a row--9:00 first, 8:00 2nd. I picked up the first time & heard a lot of background noise as if in a call center. I hung up before anyone came on the line.
CID = Hopewell, Va. Has called twice in the last two days. Because we have so many scam calls, we block all calls with names or numbers we don't recognize.
