Who called from 8045910162

No message, no name/business listed in CID.  Likely scammer/telemarketer as I noticed a pick up in new numbers calling after a slow down on the old blocked numbers

no telling, answered & the phone beeped methodically/repeatedly

Just got a call from (804) 591-0162.  No message was left.

A lot of Richmond numbers I've been getting lately have to do with the upcoming Virginia governor election coming up next month.  I got two calls from this same number this week - never answered and no message left.  I called it back from my office number and a recording of some lady with a British/Australian accent said no one was available and to leave a message, which was identical to another Richmond number of 804-381-6591.
