If you turned that information over to the attorney generals office OMG they would be in so much trouble you can't imagine!!! The patient the information that was given out could file a law suit:} I bet that would get the problem fixed quick! Medical records are to be highly guarded federal hippa law regulates and when there is a screw up some heads will turn.
One of my employees has received 15 calls in the last 1hour. (as i type this it is ringing again). We found this thread and called Anthem at 804-354-7000 . Maybell was very nice and wrote down our number that was being called. I told her about his site and gave her the above URL, explaining how i got her number. Not surprisingly, she was familiar with it and said it was "a glitch".
I pointed that this glitch has been going on for nearly TWO YEARS and that hopefully armed with this information Anthem will be able to finally fix this embarrassing and quite stupid problem once and for all, or get someone fired.
