They call and hang up after 1 ring ... so called back from office #...and hit their VM ("Its Julie from Rewards redemption").. Its seems to be some marketing / scammer offering a $100 Rebate Voucher / redemption card .. which they say can be used in Walmart/Target/Homedepot .. hung up immediately...

My guess is this is a telemarketer/scammer on a prepaid phone. The reason they hang up after one or two rings is so that whoever they dialed will call them back. This saves them long distance fees and also makes it so they can't be reported for making cold calls. After all, when you talked to them it was YOU who called them.
