Who called from 8048849011

Just called.  Declined the call.  Blocked the number and shared with True Caller. Reported it as spam

Called - rang twice. I think it was a ping on my phone # to see if it existed. Grrr ...!

Got a call from this number, I live in 804 area code, and this number showed up with +11 before the area code, no message left. Has anyone ever seen + 11 before a numbers area code? Very weird, I thought maybe a country code?

Called, no msg.
