Calls all the time, never leaves a message.

This person keeps on calling me and says my name and hangs up!! Creepy!!!!

Id says IQOR US INC but different numbers. Never a message and I don't answer.

This caller is Allied Interstate, a debt collection company.  Calls many times, never leaves a message.  They have multiple call numbers.

Calls many times, never leaves a message. When I pick up it's silence, no one says anything but they are on the line. I tell them to stop calling my number and hang up. They call right back and say nothing. Now I don't pick up at all.
