I got the same call from "Mary Wilson" from Allegheny County saying someone would be served tomorrow. Funny thing is, they said the call was intended for my best friend but called my number, of which I've had for 10 years and she's had her same number for 20 years LOL

I've lived in Texas for 15+ years, but have always kept my Maryland cell number. The message said my name, and that "someone has filed a lawsuit against you." The funny thing is that the phone number came from "Hardwood, MD," which matches the area code registered to my phone, but the call back number is a Houston, TX number. Obviously this scammer has software that matches the cell phone's area code with a fake "local" number matching that area code to make people think its legit.
I just got a recording claiming a law suit is being filed against me and that this is a time sensitive matter and I must call within 24 hours. If anyone was after me legally I would at least get something in the mail or a call from a real person not a computerized voice! And my number is on the Federal Do Not Call list! I am definitely reporting that number as well as the number the call came from. This is crazy b.s. I am so glad all of you took the time to report it also. More people need to do the same thing. We are all supposed to help each other in this world.
