Just got a v/m on my cell. Don't know who they are or what the hell they are talking about. A bunch of legal-type mumbo-jumbo. The lady leaving the message sounded like she had mush in her mouth. Will block future calls. What the heck??
They call from several different numbers, claiming that a bond i signed for someone 8 or 9 years ago was forfeited by the courts. They have all of my personal info which was on the actual bond. They call my mother and tell her they are going to issue an arrest warrant out for me, they leave messages on my V/M stating they have tried to have me served with legal documents on several different occasions and was not home. The times that they state i was home and no one shows up. The voice mails they leave at different times are never the same. The last phone call the guy stated they were going to PUT ME IN FOR A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. Put me in what? And yea i did sign for a bond, yes this person did miss court, but was incarcerated at the time of court, and the bond was surrendered within 6 months. If the bond had been forfeited i would have recieved a notice of judement within the time allowed by law. I also called the guy back to humor him, he started screaming at me that i wasnt an attorney and didnt know what i was talking about, then said he wasnt going to argue with me and then hung up. Has not called back since. This was 2 days ago. These people are dirty rotten scum bags. They never have Caller Id when they call.

Also call from: 704-209-7877 No such Whitney Rosen & Associate that I can locate. If you call that number they say Whitney Rosen and Associates but say they are in Chicago. Large call-center in the background. Could be off-shore. Just don't know.
