Who called from 8324606042

Called me twice in 2 days. Did not answer. They didnt leave msg

This number (832) 460-6042 called and left a voice message.  It is from Stella Recover.  The number they request you call back is (866) 860-8796.  They are a debt collection agency.  Google them, they have bad reports out.

They keep calling me and asking for someone I do not know.
How do I get them to stop?

Collections agency.  This number (832) 460-6042 left a voice message but somehow bypassed making my phone ring, suddenly I just had a message but no missed call.   It is from Stella Recovery. Collections agency. No clue what the debt may or may not be for.

Call, but do not leave message.  When I call back, they want the phone number that I'm from.  
Totally Bull$hit.  Problably debt collector.
