I just received a voicemail from a Jennifer Anderson. This is the 3rd voicemail from her in the last month. The 1st time she called on Aug 4th, she stated she HAD to serve me by the end of the day or it would turn into a warrant and instructed me to call John Anthony at 512-655-3190. She called again on Aug 7th stating she's a licensed courier for Dallas County and to expect her to serve me On Aug 10th between 3 and 5 pm. I GLADLY WAITED AT MY HOUSE TOO! She left a case number, which I thoroughly researched. NOTHING. Then she calls again today, saying she's been retained by Dallas County and to contact this Chris Morgan at 832-460-6774 with a variation of the previous case number. NOW, what she fails to realize is what I do for a living and what I have at my disposal. I'm in the legal field. There are no lawsuits pending against me for ANY REASON. Further, a process server will NOT give you a heads up if you are being served, they just show up unannounced. And the ONLY time a legal proceeding can turn into a warrant is once the case has been filed, you've been served and for whatever reason, the judge issues a BENCH WARRANT. Failure to effect service on a defendant DOES NOT TURN INTO A WARRANT. This [***] calls 'blocked' all the time and it's always when I'm not around my phone. Next time, I'm gonna answer it, find out who she works for then file suit against them.
This is a scam. Claims to be an investigator this is a crime in its self. 83204606774 If you receive a call from them do as i did and call the police and report them. The act of saying there an investigator and threatening arrest is felony impersonating of an officer.
I got the same call from the desk of 832-460-6774 from phony numbers out of a different state. My husband is on the phone now with the Houston police. They have received over 110 complaints in just the last 24 hours. He claims his name is Chris Morgan and he's some "Lead Investigator" that is filing lawsuit against me, wants to serve me, and will have me arrested. FRAUD!

I got the same thing from this Jennifer Anderson and she states she's been retained as a server for.......pause..... Bonner County. She didn't even know the county. I was instructed to contact Chris Morgan at a Texas phone #. They have even called my ex husband. From all I've been reading on various phone search sites, this is a scam. next time this "unknown " number comes through I'm going to answer it and grill her with my investigation, let them know it's all over the internet that they're a SCAM!
i got a call from a man name chris moragn harrassing me about a crime i commited which i didnt committed any crime. he telling me he gioing to have me arrested for felong charges on fraud. and that i will be in front of a judge before im done sipping my coffee. he was very rude bulling me over phone about what he is going to do. he is a fake wanna be policeman and afake fat [***] investigator. CALLERS BEWARE OF THIS MAN.. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!
