Just received a call from this number. Recorded message asking if I was interested in warranty insurance. Called the number back and the man who answered didn't know what I was talking about. Someone is using real numbers to make robocalls. I've gotten a dozen of these calls in the past week from the same area code and area, Langham Creek in Houston.
