Who called from 8328024762

Says he's name is Daniel, called my daughter's  phone asking question about me, wanted  my number and place of employment.

Man called and said his name is Skip Chandler and i am having a scam brought against me and i need to call a 1-800 number. I have no idea who this person is and no reason for a claim be brought against me. He wants me to verify my place of employment and home address. When i answer he hangs up but he leaves messages on my VM
