Received calls on home phone and cell phone from Allie Smith, supposed process server  calling in regards to fax my office just received on you for scheduling of the server of the court ordered summons on Friday, July 14 at your home address or your place of employment.  If you have further questions or concerns about your summons feel free to contact this office directly at 832-956-1565 and when you do, please give case number C#######.   Thank you.  Called number, listened to music for couple of minutes, then automated voice said person at extension 100 is on the phone and please leave message, then told "sorry, but mailbox not accepting any more messages", then "an error has occurred" and call was ended.  They called a neighbor, too, and left same message.

Same as above but they are coming on the 17th.  Really!

I have received the same calls. Mine is from a Susan Wright.  I work for a lawyers office and know that the case number isn't even legit.

Called Anna Jenkins she's received a fax she's a process server on Monday July 31 gave case number and said if I had any questions to call back
