Got the call today. Obviously someone trying to get access to your computer info. I acted like I was doing what they asked. I then told the guy I wasn't that dumb and he told me to go f___ my mothers p____. Great people.
I used to report every one of these telemarketer/scammer calls. I was told by my state (PA) attorney general's office that they have no jurisdiction over calls that originate outside the U.S. and are forwarded to U.S. numbers. So if we don't want to hear these calls, we have no recourse but to turn the ringers off on our phones or block the calls which really doesn't help because these jerks call from different numbers all the time.
Scam are u in front off the computer they always say u have a virus sending errors . Wake up it is a scam nobody going call u to tell this use common sense
Just received the same call and same thing about a man with thick Indian accent talking about my computer getting error messages. Told him to remove my number and hung up on him.
