Who called from 8563566095

I got 4 calls the last 3 hours and I'm on the do not call list. I just blew a whistle in the phone and that usually stops them from calling again.

I was also called by an Indian man and somehow he had my address!!! He offered me a Free $100 gift card... Spam? or not? my biggest concern is how he has my address...

I haven't answered, first because they called me twice at work and second, because I generally don't answer when I don't know the number. They have called me 3 times today alone and I'm on the so-called do not call list as well.

They called me at least 5 times in 2 hours while I was at work.

Are you a member of any paid survey sites?  I recently signed up for cashcrate and swagbucks, calls didnt start until after that.  I deleted swagbucks, but I still have cashcrate.  Same guy just called yesterday I got a call from 3 numbers every 30 minutes, 2 of them wanted me to enter for $20000 giveaway the other wanted my credit card number,
