I just received a call from this number as well. I wonder if it is the same indian man. But he asked for me by name, then when I asked who was calling he hung up.
How do you and Marilyn propose that random readers "stop this caller please"? Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say and regardless of your DNC registrations. They need first to be sued or jailed.

I have received two messages, I have not spoken to anyone yet however the person talking to the answering machine doesn't sound like he knows what an answering machine is for. I tried to call number back but was told number is unavailable now. I have no clue how he got my number.
