Called cell phone. Left no voicemail. No CID on cell phone. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. No message left by caller, they are rude, annoying, lack proper phone etiquette, unprofessional, violating DNC, probably not legitimate and possibly CRIMINALS trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. Call ignored.
