I received a call from this number on 8/6/20104 at 1:02 in the afternoon, 10:01 in the morning 8/7 and again at 9:06 in the morning today 8/8/2014. It was a woman from Selling Advantage out of Woodbury. I told her that we are on the Do Dot Call list and that the individual she asked for worked for my husband in 2000. They should 1) observe the DNC list law and 2)( invest in newer call/solicitation records that are not more than a decade old.
Was this your home phone or a business line? If a business line the DNC list does not apply. A telemarketer selling goods or services that believes they are calling another business is not required to screen numbers against the DNC list. Business numbers are not protected by the DNC law.
