Same thing. PHH calling me. Now called twice in one day. The guy already left a message last week. Now blocked and I called PHH and told them if I get one more call from them I will find another mortgage company. Other PHH customers call them and say the same thing
The guy claimed to be from my mortgage company but never stated the company name. He was trying to get me to refinance my mortgage, but I had sold the house two week prior to this phone call and I checked on the PHH website to verify that the mortgage was closed earlier in the week. He was very hesitant in his speaking and when I told him that I had already sold the house and closed the mortgage he started to stutter.
