Every doctor I know is too busy doing his/her JOB to fill in paperwork. That is why there are receptionists, etc. Nice try but the initial post is almost one year old. Thank you for playing - you can not even name your own company??? OR - is the print so small on the paperwork you need a magnifying glass to see it????
The fact that Im even taking the time to answer this non sense is frustrating but Im under attack from ignorant people so when in rome....the office manager is NOT the doctor. I am only allowed to speak to the doctor. It doesnt matter if you do his marketing, this is not marketing this is PERSONAL for the doctor and im calling AT THE DOCTORS REQUEST.
I never used fowl language. Believe me im certainly capable of that but I am professional and also a grown up lol, so nice try peppering that one in there.
Whoever you are if you did call and ask for the boss, I would have said that because I am.

Who exactly "authorizing" you to ONLY speak with the doctor? If you are the executive director, would that be you making up your own rules? The doctor would need to make that authorize you himself IF he fills out the paperwork. BUT because it sounds like in each of these cases, including my own, the paperwork has been filled out by his staff on behalf of him asking that WE be the point of contact, therefor we are not authorizing YOU to speak with the doctor. So stop calling once you are told to stop calling as this IS harassment and you can be prosecuted.

And because you can't even remind a busy marketing director who you are and what your business is but instead respond with "it's not my job to remind you what you fill out," you will NEVER have authorization to speak to the doctor in our office. Doctors put staff in place to make decisions for him so that they can focus on their jobs. That's what we're PAID TO DO. Since you cannot seem to understand that I suggest you find yourself a new career because you're not going to get anywhere with your abrasive and disrespectful approach. What you are doing IS harassment and you can be prosecuted. Do not call us again.
