Every doctor I know is too busy doing his/her JOB to fill in paperwork. That is why there are receptionists, etc. Nice try but the initial post is almost one year old. Thank you for playing - you can not even name your own company??? OR - is the print so small on the paperwork you need a magnifying glass to see it????
We don't believe you. We don't believe that you're happy with a company and therefore decided to Google their phone number, follow links that mention that number and come here to post praise. It's ridiculous. Can you name any other business you've come to 800notes.com to support this way? No? I didn't think so.
The Who's Who scams are well known amongst the academic community. We laugh when a new faculty member lists "who's who" in their vita. Even Wikipedia has a page dedicated to explaining this scam. Here's the link:

So, Catherine, Frank and Brandon (I'm sure you're all the same person) get out of the scam business before the hammer of justice finds you and you end up fined or behind bars for fraud. Get an education, get a job you can be proud of and come back to 800 notes and tell us about the scams offered to you.
