William Washington calles...thick accent. Original number he called from is 8764126152 (Jamaica) but told me to call him back at the NY number. Told me to go to Walmart and register. Pay Walmart the $200 (b/c its THEIR fee...which is not true). Then they would release my first $5000 installment. I hung up on him after he became agitated and rude. SCAM!
