They call all the time - only answer when I have time to goof on them. Always give false information
and end with a couple of expletives. They still come back. Maybe there are masochists.
This number called our business today at 1129 hours. Caller ID said, "New York NY" so I knew it was yet another scam artist at work. I picked up the receiver slightly and put it right back down again so they wouldn't waste my time or tie up our company line. Online white pages indicates it's a spam/scam call and the number is VoIP, that favorite tool of scam artists everywhere.
This number called our business again, this time today at 1646 hours. I saw the "New York NY" and knew it was a bs call so I picked up slightly and then put the receiver right back down again.
And once again, this time, today at 1330 hours. Mind you, this was after getting a scam artist phone call from 917-391-5817 at 1225 hours. For some reason, this particular scam artist likes to use/spoof New York NY phone numbers. I guess the intention is to try to 'impress' someone? I am not impressed but I am annoyed.
