Scam.  Debt is civil, not criminal, so defaulting on loans - regular or payday - is not a crime, thus no arrest warrants.  Per the FDCPA you should NOT pay any caller who refuses to MAIL a debt validation letter showing that (1) you owe a debt and that (2) your caller has the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this DV letter within five days of their first call is a violation of federal law.  Threatening people with arrest is another violation of the FDCPA.  I hope you reported your caller to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

Yea im a soldier in the us army.. They called and left a voicemail saying a warrant be issued if I didntsend 1000 that same day.  Dnt fall for it people. The attorneys on my post are handling the situation
