This person calls first thing in the morning. I'm 2 time zones away... Anyway, tgey don't leave a message. I called back once and no answer. So now everyday when i see a missed call at the crack of dawn, i call late at night to bug them. The person on the other end ignores the call after 3 rings, so i call back. They ignore after 2 rings. Now i know its some personal phone so i call about 8 more times to bug the hell out of them like they do me.
See the problem is that if the number is spoofed, and most are today, you are probably calling up an innocent party.
