This number called our business today at 1225 hours. Caller ID said simply "New York" so I knew better than to answer the call. Unfortunately, one of guys in the company didn't realize that "New York" calls are scam artists so he picked up the call. There was no one on the other end, then it disconnected. Number has been tagged on other sites as being a scam artist using a fraudulent number. An hour later, I got a call from 917-310-3437, "New York NY", a rather persistent scam artist who calls repeatedly and who I, once again, picked up the receiver slightly and put it right back down again so he won't waste my time or tie up our company phone.
