This number called me 3 times at work today. I didn't answer because I don't know anyone in New York nor am I interested in attending school in New York. They didn't leave a message.

Called up and left no message. Caller ID says 'New York NY'. Returning the call, all you hear
is recording to stay on the line for next available agent and music and leaves you hanging.

Leaves no message, calls multiple times a day.  When I answer, I just hear breathing.
