Who called from 9178092518

Got a call from this number on my cell phone.  This is a robo-call.  A recorded message comes on the line with something to the effect of "This is an emergency public service announcement about your current electric bill. ..." I don't even have any utility bills in my name or associated with my cell phone at all!

How do we get these types of calls to stop???

Got a call today on my office line. No message.

I received a call from this number. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a voicemail. So glad I did this lookup. I'm gonna block this number now.

Calls every few days on my cell and never leaves msg.  I never pick up this call.
