I got a call on my cell phone left no message

Same as above.

I get a phone call multiple times a day.  I answered once, she stuttered when I asked for her name and then she said that she couldn't disclose where she is calling from.  If I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

Will not confirm who they are. Constantly calling

My mom picked up the phone earlier today and a man from this number called here to ask for her by her full name.  She said yes and the guy said "Thank you so much!" and hung up.
