i too live in 925 area, they call once a day, NO msg. left. the Number Guru's map shows it's from a cell in Orinda. over -zealous worker for local candidate?? , who waits for my ans. mach to pick up... female voice , unintelligible, in the background but never leaves a msg. weird! why bother calling?
I answer the call, and there is no response.
I think this is a ROBO CALLER from a ROBO dialer that is or was programmed and configured wrong. The trick is to find the company that sells their ROBO dialing package. And let them know of their problem. Then report them to FCC.
On a political note.......... This is all George Bush's fault. There was a law in place to stop this Telephony abuse but he let it lapse and the 1 800 do not call program went away. Obama couldn't fix it because all of his time is spent fighting Congress.
