i recieved a call on july 4 from these so called microsoft security engineers as i was reloading ibm thinkpad os. they said my system was higjacked and that my security license expired. i purchased the thinkpad from levano a year ago. so long and short of it they asked for as credit card to charged me $143 for a ms cd to reload the system since it only came w/prepackaged software. They said i shouls recieved the disc in 4 days and to call them back. to help me w/the install. I'm not sure wether these folks are ligit. I already notified AMEX when i found a pending bill from Bestbuy for ms cd.
