This number just called. Since i didn't recognize the area code, I chose not to answer, and instead looked it up. Since there's so few comments on this number, it appears that it may be something new that's going around. No message was left either.
Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

the telephone number in question belongs to Richard L Frobose, of 2391 Couchman Rd West Liberty, OH 43357. Mr. Frobose died around 2004, and was subject to a disinternment order in 2005 (that means he was to be dug up). Apparently, while he may have been dug up, he was not reburied, since he is still making telemarketer calls, probably pay off the legal fees. On this basis, it would appear that we are being telemarketed by zombies. One more reason to lock your doors at night, I shall be sure to inquire of Rachel, or Amy, or any of the others from cardholder services whether they too are members of the undead.
