(2) calls yesterday - no message

They called my cell. I could hear a lot of call-center noise in the background.  The guy on the phone said something and then immediately hung up.

Who ever this is calls my cell on a daily basis. They are now blocked!

Illegal to place soliciting phone calls to a cell phone in my state.
I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses.
This is nothing but a scam

Called my cell, so this is obviously a robo call.
