Lots of background noise, asked for Mr. Smith.  Of course there is no one by the name of Smith here.
Not only did they call me, the same number also called and came through call waiting while I was wasting my time answering the phone.

Scam unsolicited call to cell phone - illegal in my state

Left no message; unwanted, unsolicited and annoying. Should be ANOTHER SCUMBAG SCAMMER.

I called this number back and the message says "Hello, you have reached our customer service line. Our company raises money for many charities. We will call you back very soon." SOLICITING.
