"Rachel from Cardholder Services" spam. I on answered because it was a local number my first 6 #s are the same. I've had the call before but there was no message so I couldn't tell for sure it was a junk call.

<my-area-code>-<my-local-exchange>-7253 just called and wanted to reduce my credit card rates (and repeated itself). Didn't use the magic words "Rachel" or "Cardholder Services". I wonder if they have a few sets of last-four-digits they like to spoof, or if this was just random luck.
