Same thing happened to me. Sounded like he was driving in a tunnel and had a thick accent. Hung up and blocked as well.

The rats finally found their way to our number and have had waaaaay too many scammers recently to block; has finite capacity.  So will ignore.  Said Dayton, OH, no message.
