they have called several times so I called them got a voice mail of course but by being patient I followed the prompts & signed up for the do not call list they said it will take 72 hours to take my number off the list so if they call me next week I will report them.
I think they get away with calling people on the do not call registry by claiming to be a non profit organization.

If I do not know a phone number I WIll NOT answer. It appeared on my caller ID as a local call but I did not recognize it. I listened and it was a male voice asking for me but then he hung up. Out of curiosity I did a reverse lookup to find out who was calling me. I was shocked to find out that other people have been bothered by this individual. Even creepier is the fact he calls you by your first name.
