they have called several times so I called them got a voice mail of course but by being patient I followed the prompts & signed up for the do not call list they said it will take 72 hours to take my number off the list so if they call me next week I will report them.
I think they get away with calling people on the do not call registry by claiming to be a non profit organization.
Calls several times a week at all hours. I never pick up since I don't recognize the number. As with others, he asks, "Is ****** there?" using my name. It comes up on caller ID as local call area, but the area code is not in my area.
This # called, left no message. After reading info here, I called it back hoping to get my number removed. Automated answering system picked up, never identified the company, just mentioned it's a "great nonprofit." Had to wait through long pauses but finally got to the "press 3 to be removed" option. Took 1:40 for the call, hoping it wasn't a waste of time.
Like most of these redundant politically corporate harrasment type calls from distant states, if you answer them speaking Spanish,Vietnamese jibbrish, or any thing else you can think of that is verbally incomprehensible and unrecognizable it usually dilutes their plan of intent. -It's basically garlic to these political vampires
