This phone number called me today and told me i had a lawsuit against my social security number... ( which i did not give to them when they asked) They sounded like they were from india and i could not understand a word they were saying. Then, i proceeded to call back and see if i could get someone who speaks a little english. I then asked what this was about and he said there was a lawsuit coming from some sort of cash advance agency(never used one). They then proceeded to tell me that they were sending a cop to my door to arrest me at exactly 12 noon. I said i would not be cooperating because i got nothing in the mail and no warrant for anything. I then got a phone call from another company the same day. Watch out for these people, they are scam artists. They could not give me any information on the loan or any details. I knew then it was a scam. They called themselves the Federal Bureau of Customer Relations blah blah blah... pretty sure the feds wouldnt hire anyone who cant speak english at all!!!
Received a phone call today for the same claiming I had a lawsuit then gave me the same number to call back. The man who answered ask for account number and I said I did not have that information. Then he proceeded to read the charges against me and then told me a lawsuit would be filed and by two there would be a warrent for my arrest. Asked me what I wanted to do about this account, I asked for the date of this supposed loan and they could not tell me then proceeded to tell me they had my credit report. Asked if I knew how much debt I had and ect. Then I said go ahead but I'm on disability and you are not going to get anything, to which I was told that they could take all my property, I don't own anything so again I know nothing about this so there is nothing I can do told I should know everything I can wait for the court papers ect but a warrent would be issued. Told him to do whatever and hung up. These people are very rudeThe website for cash america usa states they will never make connact on loans and if contacted to contact stopfraud.gov. Unfortunately this does not cover this type of fraud that I can see.
I too applied for several payday loans and receved numerous phone calls from 951-389-0890. This indian man is now using the name Bob Pinto. Watch out for this scam!

Receive the same messages frm David Write saying I owe money for a loan frm Dec 2011. I asked why are you just calling if its been that long. He said it was frm cash advance usa and when I continue to ask questions he Hung up on me. But the trip part is why I'm on the phone with him the same # calls n leaves a message,so how am I on the phone with same guy. Be careful n watch out for this # I blocked the number just today. But this website was so helpful to me because I was scared..never been arrested before so I was freaking out. Good thing I Google the area code just to see where it was and I found all these messages. David Write also said I owe $300 but now its $3000 for court cost and in 2 hrs they are sending the paperwork to my parish and have the police to arrest me. Also he said he's calling my job to repost the charges that I had 3 warrants out for me and if I or my attorney didn't contact him he wish me luck while this unfold on me. Sick ppl....again this was very helpful to me and I'm sure others.
