I got a call like that took the number and said would call them back what do they do with this information and are they really trying to help

I also had this experience. The rep at 951-707-4216 said they were with the KPA Group. Whether belongs to the KPA Group is another issue, noting that their Web page lists it as (844) 878-8336.

951-707-4216 IS a valid number (not spoofed) which means you could conceivably file a Do Not Call lawsuit against it, but I could not find a company or street address associated with it. I did report it to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Student Loan Forgiveness crap.  They called twice (after a promised call-back) when 612-400-3366 called me 2 days ago.  The 3366 number is auto-forwarded over to Verizon's customer care center so you will not reach anyone.

They called again.  Already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (Do Not Call Registry, Complaints) on this phone number.

Received a call from this number.  When I answered, there was nothing but silence.
