Who called from 9542109889

I've been reporting scammers on this site for years. Everyone gets them. I don't know of anyone who doesn't. I just wish there was a way to trace and catch these people but guess it will never happen.

Received a call from this number at 10:17 am CST on 6/30/2017. Fortunately, my cell phone carrier recognizes this number as Suspected Scam so that I can choose not to answer it.

Did not answer-never do.

Got a call from this # at 10:00 am. I answered, only silence on the other end; after saying "Hello" twice, the caller hung up.
