Ok, so at first I thought it was my Obachan ( Japanese grandmother) but then by what she said I knew it was not my Obacha. She ased for my mother by first name, my mom wasnt home. she asked "when will be the bast time to call?" I responded "I don't know." so she then replied with "Okay I will call back later."
Next time she calls I'm just going to answer it and begin speaking Japanese, that would mess her up SOO BAD hahaha.
I agree something about grant money, so I asked whats the catch? called got a snide tone and say Catch theirs no catch. then calls me the B word and hangs up

This number comes up as Asia Pacific on my CID. They've been calling nonstop, every day for almost 2 years. When I do answer they are VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL!! Other than disconnecting my home phone, I dont know what can be done about them. They DO NOT adhere to the NO CALL SOLICITATION LIST. Why are they able to continue? Who's supposed to be regulating the NO CALL LIST violators????
Just one more jerk with nothing better to do than annoy people -- hoping to find someone stupid enough to fall for their scam! When is the government going to do something to stop these calls?!
