Leaves an automated message saying that they are conducting a short 30 second survey from Sarah at Independent Survery Group about the state of America. For participating you will receive a 2 day cruise to the Bahamas. You can press 9 to decline the survey and be removed from their calling list, but that doesn't work. They just hang up on you. If you call them back to be removed, you get a message from a woman with a British accent telling you that the number you have called is temporarily unavailable. I haven't tried pressing 2 to take the survey but my guess is that no one is there. SPAM
