Just rang my phone i didn't answer

Got a call at 1:43 PST.  Didn't answer.  No msg.

Got call at 1:56 PM PST but I didn't answer. No VM was left by caller either.

971-208-9960 today is calling and bothering me. I noticed that this number is listed from Oregon, USA. I hope that the number is not held by Voxtel charging the called nubers $9.99 for each unsolicited call. I have already been dinged $39.96 by this fraudster and FIDO my phone provider who allowed this fraud will not assist me. Honest to God we have no hope against these horrible people.
