Who called from 9712089960

It is a scammers number.

Received a "blank" no-answer call from this number today at 10:40 am Toronto time. When  I called back, the number does not exists! Definitely a scam to skim user data from targets.

Just got this call. No message left. Obviously a boring scammer.

this number called about 9:40 am. did not recognize the number so this time i ignored it instead of rejecting it. they hung up before it went to voice mail.

Got a call from this number at 11:10. No one on the other end. Can they get any "user data" if I just answer the phone?
