Looks like another West African Scam. Nigrian in mature as aways. Dont give them anything,.

called me at 10:51am today 9/27/12.  Caller ID said Financial Ctr.  I did not answer. they did not leave a message.........getting lots, and lots of these friggin solicitation calls here lately.....I never answer, they never leave a message............THANK GOD FOR CALLER ID........

This is the second call from another phone number 407-476-5680, today. Two days ago the called using a third number 609-318-9785 for the same type product and, I assume, the same organization. They ignore the DO-NOT-CALL list as well as California PUC regulations.
This will not stop until the FTC performs it's obligations to enforce the DNC regulations.
