I have a great fix for folks like these, survey takers and political calls.
Go to Walmart and buy a Panasonic cordless phone that has call block.
It works GREAT!!!
When I add their number to my block list, the phone only rings once and they get rerouted to somewhere. I don't think they get the answering machine because my block list is never on the answering machine. The phone is model PNLC1008ZA
There is a new model... Check Amazon or your local retailer for this model.

These guys will NEVER stop calling because they are not in the U.S. The DNC list does not apply to them. However, most of us have a CALL BLOCK option on our phones that we don't even know about! Check your phone bundle and see if you have this service then go to the web site and enter the number and you'll never hear from them again!!
Got a voicemail from this company yesterday (12/10/2011) at 11:50AM. I always laugh when I hear, "Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice" to which I think, "Do you PROMISE this is the final notice?" LOL
Forget the air horn, if you have a fax machine look for the "Junk Fax Blocker". I have a HP all-in-one and the junk fax blocker works very well. Enter the number and when the phone rings once the call is blocked.
