I get a call from 971-220-1388 to my business every so often. I never picked up the call, the answering machine turns on, and a message is never left. I'm in PA as well. It looks like this company or whatever is targeting random numbers in PA or something. I wish they would stop.
I've considering calling my phone company and asking them to change our phone numbers and fax numbers as we've been having 1 too many spammers and whatnot. Some even send us faxes. I send them serious sounding notices informing them to stop faxing us since we didn't request any information nor are we interested in whatever they're selling.
I have our phone numbers and fax numbers listed on the Do Not Call list yet they still call and fax. I hope that the FBI or FCC..whoever.. actually comes to this website and goes through and finds these people who are wasting their time, and ultimately worse, my time.

Not sure who this is, but they have called my business 3-4 times a day over the past week, but never picked up. Did some research online and it says something about college recruting... Comes up as "Innovate" on my caller i.d.. Just hope they stop soon, it is getting old real fast...
They call us several times a day. It's a scam trying to offer lower electric rates. Don't answer them because they will poach your account number and switch your electric provider without your authorization.
calls from this number 3 times today nut no one answers when you say hello. i called the number back snf ignorant woman challenged me as to why i wanted calls stopped.
Called every day for 2 weeks, I tell them every time not to call again, take me off their list, they refuse, they say there is no list. I ask today to speak to manager. Manager says there is no list, they keep calling because they cannot believe I havent taken advantage of their great electricity rates. I tell him I asked for a manager to get these calls to stop and if they do not I will take serious action against them. Then he says fine I will take care of it and hangs up.
Bet they call tomorrow.
